- This Quote is good for 7 Days unless otherwise noted - Production will NOT begin until after payment is made and artwork has been approved by customer. - The client is responsible for checking artwork and spelling on the invoice proofs. Any approved errors will not be refunded or replaced. - Delays in either payment or artwork approvals may push your orders completion date back. - Once approved changes cannot be made to order. - The client is responsible to count all items at pickup. - Non-Refundable on custom items. Returns may be made one (1) week after delivery for manufacturing defects for replacement items.

Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday – Friday. The shipping provider information and tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier and will be provided when the product has been shipped. The rate charged for shipping is based on the weight of the product and your location. Signatures are required on orders exceeding $10,000.
